1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Empire platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. The Platform is owned and operated exclusively by Da Royal Prince Meo.

2. Platform Purpose

Empire is a personal music release and distribution hub created by and for Da Royal Prince Meo. The Platform serves as the official release management system for all music, recordings, compositions, and related content created by Da Royal Prince Meo. Access to certain features is restricted to authorized users only.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership

• All sound recordings (master rights) are owned by Da Royal Prince Meo.
• All musical compositions and lyrics (publishing rights) are owned by Da Royal Prince Meo.
• All artwork, branding, and visual assets associated with releases are owned by Da Royal Prince Meo.
• The Empire name, logo, and platform design are proprietary to Da Royal Prince Meo.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. User Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any third party.
• Administrative access is restricted exclusively to Da Royal Prince Meo. Any attempt to gain unauthorized administrative access is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Uploaded by Artists

Artists who are granted access to the Platform and upload content represent and warrant that:

• They own or have the legal right to distribute all content they upload.
• Their content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Their content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• By uploading content, they grant Empire a non-exclusive license to distribute and display that content through the Platform and authorized distribution channels.

6. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

Empire respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright:

• Send a written notice to legal@empiremusic.io with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.
• We will investigate and respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.
• Counter-notices may be submitted if you believe content was removed in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including admin routes.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate Da Royal Prince Meo or any other user.
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content owned by Da Royal Prince Meo without explicit written permission.

8. Royalties & Payments

Royalty calculations and payment schedules are determined by Da Royal Prince Meo and communicated to artists through the Platform. Empire is not responsible for delays caused by third-party streaming platforms or payment processors. All royalty disputes must be submitted in writing to legal@empiremusic.io within 90 days of the relevant payment period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Da Royal Prince Meo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Da Royal Prince Meo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Da Royal Prince Meo is domiciled.

12. Changes to Terms

Da Royal Prince Meo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
